Preston Harbor, a visionary project two decades in the making, is set to transform North Texas! Spearheaded by David Craig of Craig International, this $6 billion development promises to significantly boost the region's housing and tourism sectors.

As a Realtor, I've had the pleasure of selling properties in his McKinney, Texas, development, Craig Ranch, which boasts one of the nation's premier TPC golf courses. Notably, Craig Ranch has secured the Byron Nelson Tournament contract throught 2028, underscoring its prominence in the golfing world.
Addig to the excitement, the Grayson County Tollway is set to extend the Dallas North Tollway, enhancing connectivity to the Preston Harbor area. This 37 mile extension will provide traffic relief to US 75 and accomodate the northward expansion of the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, offering easier access to Sherman, Denison and Lake Texoma.
